Kenwood's Phase 1 2 & 3 - Havant  - Undergoing

A full high level VRF fan coil unit and heat recovery ventilation system are being installed at Kenwood's, Havant to maintain good comfort levels for their employees. The co-ordination of this project is vital due to all works being at high level, however good pre start planning to phase 1 made the installation relatively straight forward. All high level works in phase 1 were undertaken via the use of scissor lifts in which our operatives are IPAF and SSSTS trained . Once the client had taken occupancy of phase 1, we attended site to check on the CO2 & temperature levels, we found that phase 1 had been well designed as the environment was in a good condition. 

Phase 2 works are well underway using scissors lifts to install FCU's and HRU's.

  • Hot water service flow and return
  • Kitchen ventilation
  • WC extract ventilation
  • VRF Air conditioning ventilation
  • Head end connection for remote access to air conditioning and heat recovery.

 Fruit & Veg Phase 1, 2 & 3 – Southampton - Undergoing

This project consist of 279 private apartments in Southampton City Centre. We are carrying out the design, drawings and calculations for all the mechanical services including, boosted cold water, domestic hot water services, sanitary ware and brassware, dry riser installations, car park ventilation and heat recovery ventilation systems.

Christies - South Kensington - Undergoing

Phase 1 mechanical and plumping works include - various enabling works associated with existing air conditioning and ventilation systems within galleries and offices. New air conditioning systems to two comms rooms have been installed. conversion of large existing basement area into new office with new supply and extract primary air distribution systems served from a new AHU, new air conditioning systems for heating and cooling and public services. 

Seven Dials – Covent Garden, London – Undergoing

This is a £800,000 6 month refurbishment project. Works include a full mechanical services refurbishment of ground floor reception and level 3, 4 & 5 office floors within this 6 storey building with roof top plant rooms. Fit out works on the floors include – dedicated full VRF air conditioning heating and cooling system per floor, extension throughout each floor of primary supply and extract ductwork from the existing main primary duct riser systems, full overhaul of the two existing AHU’s, full BMS controls system, public health services, and complete toilet fit outs on each floor comprising extract ventilation, sanitary ware, hot and cold water services. 


Ryder Court - Mayfair - Value £2,900,000

This 18 Month project was completed in January 2017. We carried out a full mechanical services refurbishment of this 6 storey office building with roof top and basement plant rooms. Works included full landlords main infrastructure replacement and tenant CAT B fit out n office floors. Landlords systems included - various AHU plant and ductwork systems, LTHW heating and chilled water cooling plant and distribution systems, public hear services, toilets fit outs on each floor. Tennant CAT B office floor fit outs included - 4 Pipe fan coil heating and cooling systems , primary ventilation systems, control systems, kitchenette area services. This project was kept live and operation at all times.

Cosham High Street - Value £307,000

This 12 month project consist 2 high rise blocks containing a total of 46 Social apartments. We carried out the full design, drawings and calculations for all the mechanical services including boosted cold water, domestic hot water services, LPHW heating, dry risers, sanitary ware and brassware. In the design we included both external and internal gas risers to accommodate the gas supply for each individual apartment.

St Johns Church - Egham - Value £334,000

We were employed by a prestigious contractor to carry out the supply and installation of the mechanical and plumbing services. This project involved many different services with co-ordination vital to the successful completion. This success of this project was achieved when we designed a bespoke air handling unit with supply and extract kitchen fans to very tight planning conditions.

STEM Building – Brockenhurst -  Value - 553,000

This project achieved a very good rating under the BREEAM scheme. Mechanical services that were installed include natural ventilation systems, acoustic transfer ducts, radiant panels, high efficiency boilers, hot water generatingplant and toilet accommodation.  AD Mechanical undertook the full design, Thermal Modeling, L2A BRUKL & EPC on this project.
